These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Web Touter.
2. Service Agreement
- All projects will begin only after confirmation from the client through email, message, quotation approval, or advance payment.
- The scope of work will be decided before project execution.
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope may result in extra charges.
3. Payment Terms
- Clients must pay the agreed advance amount before the project starts.
- Remaining payment must be cleared according to the agreed milestones or before final delivery.
- Delayed payments may result in project delays, service suspension, or additional charges.
- All payments made are non-refundable once the work has started.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide required content, images, logos, documents, and information on time.
- Review submitted work and provide feedback within a reasonable period.
- Ensure that all provided materials do not violate copyright or legal regulations.
Web Touter will not be responsible for delays caused due to late submissions or approvals from the client side.
5. Revisions & Modifications
- Limited revisions will be provided as per the selected package or agreement.
- Major design changes or repeated revisions after approval may be charged additionally.
- Once the final design or project is approved, further modifications may require separate charges.
6. Website Development Terms
- Website delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client response time.
- Domain, hosting, premium themes, plugins, APIs, or third-party tools are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Web Touter is not responsible for third-party service downtime, hosting issues, plugin failures, or policy changes.
7. Social Media & Marketing Services
- Marketing results may vary depending on industry, competition, budget, and market conditions.
- Web Touter does not guarantee specific sales, leads, followers, or revenue unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Advertising budgets paid to platforms like Meta, Google, or YouTube are separate from service charges.
8. Intellectual Property
- Final approved work becomes the property of the client only after full payment completion.
- Web Touter reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
9. Confidentiality
Any confidential business information shared by the client will be kept secure and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission.
10. Cancellation Policy
- If the client cancels the project after work has started, the advance payment will not be refunded.
- If the project is paused for more than 30 days due to client inactivity, Web Touter reserves the right to close the project or revise timelines and pricing.
11. Limitation of Liability
Web Touter shall not be held liable for:
- Business losses or revenue loss
- Data loss caused by third-party platforms
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Delays caused by external services or client-side issues
12. Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, or APIs. Their separate terms and policies will also apply.
13. Policy Updates
Web Touter reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
