Clients may cancel their service request before the commencement of any work to receive a full refund.
Once the work has started, the order becomes non-cancellable, and no refunds will be provided.
We reserve the right to cancel a project at any stage due to reasons such as lack of cooperation from the client, non-payment, or unforeseen technical circumstances. In such cases:
If work has not yet started, a full refund will be issued.
If work has already started, no refund will be provided.
No Refund After Work Commences:
As our services are customized and begin with dedicated planning and execution, we do not offer any refunds once the work has started, irrespective of the progress level.
Non-Refundable Costs:
Any third-party expenses made on behalf of the client (such as domain registrations, premium themes, plugins, paid ads budgets, stock images, or software licenses) are strictly non-refundable.
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 30 business days through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
